摘要
目的:研究苗药三两银(Sarcococcahookeriana)的生物碱类成分。方法:采用溶剂提取、各种色谱分离技术进行化合物纯化,通过波谱数据对单体化合物进行结构鉴定。结果:分离鉴定了三个化合物,均为孕甾烷生物碱,分别为:Pachyaximine(A)(1)、(20S)-20-(N,N-dimethylamino)-16α,17α-epoxy-3β-methoxy-pregn-5-ene(2)、(2α,3β,4β,20S)-2,4-bis(acetoxy)-20-(N,N-dimethylamino)-3-[(3-methylbut-2-enoyl)amino]-5α-pregnane(3)。结论:三个化合物均为首次从苗药三两银中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents from Miao medicine Method The chemical constituents from S. hookeriana were isolated by solvent extraction and chromatographic separation technology. Structures of obtained compounds were elucidated by modern spectroscopy. Results Three known steroidal alkaloids were isolated and identified as Pachyaximine （A） （ 1 ）, （20S） - 20 - （ N, N - dimethylamino） - 16α, 17α - epoxy - 3β - methoxy - pregn - 5 -ene （ 2 ）, and （ 2α, 3β, 4β, 20S） - 2, 4 - bis （acetoxy） - 20 - （ N, N - dimethylamino） - 3 - [ （3 - methylbut - 2 - enoyl） amino] - 5α - pregnane （3）. Conclusion All the compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time.
