摘要
在对映秀湾电站水轮机转轮进行成功改造之后,选取了合适的转轮,为了确定新选取的转轮与映秀湾电站原过流部件匹配是否合理。利用计算流体动力学方法(CFD)对映秀湾电站原有的过流部件进行计算分析,从而判断映秀湾电站原过流部件是否需要进行更换或者进行局部修型,从而达到此次映秀湾电站改造的目标,从而提高机组稳定运行的能力。在分别对蜗壳和固定导叶,固定导叶和活动导叶进行联合计算后,结果表明,新选出的转轮与原过流部件是相匹配的,在映秀湾电站的改造过程当中不需要对过流部件进行修型。
After the successful transformation of Yingxiuwan Power Station turbine runner,an appropriate runner was selected to determine the selection of the new runner and primary flow components of Yingxiuwan Power Station is reasonable. The computational fluid dynamics(CFD) method is used to calculate and analyze the original power flow components of Yingxiuwan. The original flow components of Yingxiuwan Power Plant need to be replaced. By combining the calculation of spiral case and fixed guide vane,fixed guide vane and guide vane,results show that,the newly selected runner is matched with the original flow passage component. In the transformation of the power of Yingxiuwan,it is not necessary to flow over parts of the shape modification.
