教师资格证国考下师范生发展性教育素养三要点刍议 被引量:3

摘要 教师资格证国考背景下,师范生面临与非师范生的强势竞争。师范生在竞争中能否略胜一筹,验证的是师范教育的质量与价值。培养师范生教育素养的教育类课程作为国考课程之一,因其是师范生享有而非师范生欠缺的课程,将是师范生得以胜出的关键筹码。为了更好地帮助师范生应对国考,综合国考的要求、教育类课程的实践可能性以及教师专业化发展需求,重点是培养师范生发展性教育素养。发展性教育素养有三个要点:统合性结构是发展性教育素养的基点,动态变化是发展性教育素养的核心,灵活应对实践需要是发展性教育素养的目标。 Under the background of the national unified examination for teacher certification,normal college students are facing strong competition with non-normal college students.Whether normal college students can stand out verifies the quality and existence value of normal education.Education class is specialized in training students'education quality,which is also one of the courses not common in non-normal school,it will be one of the key points for normal college students to win.Taking into account the requirements of the teachers'certification examination,the practical conditions of education class and the trend of teachers'specialization development,the curriculum of education class of normal university should focus on training students'developmental education literacy to better help students cope with the examination.The development of education attainment includes three main points:the integrative structure is the basis,dynamic change is the core,and flexible response to practical needs is the goal.
