摘要
在高等教育建设中,无论是教育方式还是高校的薪酬体系等都是高等教育领域关注的焦点。高校薪酬体系关系着高校能否引进优质人才,能否激励在校教师的工作积极性。关于我国高校薪酬体系建设的研究成果较多,有从人力资本角度、有专门针对绩效角度、有从高校背景角度等进行研究。从国外发达国家高校薪酬体系的角度,采取"拿来主义"对国外高校薪酬体系的现状和特点进行研究,再与国内高校薪酬体系的现状和特点进行对比,从而从中得出启示,以期研究结论能为我国高校薪酬体系建设提供一定的指导性建议。
In the construction of higher education,education method and university salary system are both the focus of attention in the field of higher education.The university salary system determines the introduction of high-quality talents and motivation of teachers.There are many research results on the construction of university salary system in our country from the perspective of human capital,the performance,or the university background.This article,however,studies the status and characteristics of foreign university salary system from the perspective of "take-ism"and then makes a comparison with those of domestic university salary system,from which we can get some enlightenment in the hope that the research conclusion can provide some guidance suggestions for the construction of the salary system in domestic universities.
