摘要
运用数据包络分析模型测度郑州航空港经济综合实验区航空物流产业的综合效率、纯技术效率和规模效率,结果表明综合效率无效,主要原因是纯技术无效。通过与纯技术有效的决策单元进行对比发现,纯技术无效的原因是前期投入较大,没能充分利用已有资源。因此,要使郑州航空港经济综合实验区航空物流产业有效发展,当前阶段不必考虑加大投入,重点关注如何充分利用已有投入来增加产出,提高管理水平和人力资本质量,充分利用郑州的交通区位优势和航空港经济综合实验区的产业优势,将郑州市的货物流通有效转变为航空货物运输货源。
Data envelopment analysis was used to measure comprehensive efficiency,pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency of aviation logistics industry in Zhengzhou Airport Economy Zone. The results showed that the comprehensive technology was ineffective,and the main reason was the ineffectiveness of pure technology. Through the comparison with the effective decision making units,it was found that the reason of purely technical ineffectiveness of aviation logistics industry in Zhengzhou Airport Economy Zone was that the upfront investment was relatively large and the existing resources could not be fully utilized. Consequently,in order to ensure that aviation logistics industry in Zhengzhou Airport Economy Zone shall develop effectively,the investment increase in the current stage should be stopped and that how to make full use of the existing input to increase output should be focused on; the level of management and quality of human capital should be improved; Zhengzhou's traffic location advantages and Zhengzhou Airport Economy Zone's industrial advantages should be make full use of to convert Zhengzhou's cargo movement into air cargo supply effectively.
