摘要
目的探讨围手术期经食管超声心动图检查用于体外循环下心脏瓣膜置换术的价值。方法选取2014年3月至2016年11月接收的86例体外循环下心脏瓣膜置换术患者为检查对象,于术前、术中均行经食管超声心动图检查。结果患者术后的主动脉瓣平均跨瓣压差较术前明显降低(P<0.05);患者左心室射血分数、有效瓣口面积指数较术前明显升高(P<0.05)。结论围手术期经食管超声心动图检查用于体外循环下心脏瓣膜置换术能明显降低并发症发生率,提高手术成功率,值得在临床上进一步应用推广。
Objective To evaluate the value of perioperative transesophageal echocardiography in cardiac valve replacement under cardiopulmonary bypass.M ethods From March 2014 to November 2016,86 patients undergoing cardiac valve replacement under extracorporeal circulation in our hospital were selected as the objects of examination.They were examined by transesophageal echocardiography before and during the operation.Results the results showed that the patients after surgery for aortic valve surgery with the mean transvalvular pressure difference lower than before（P0.05）,compared with a significant difference;patients with left ventricular ejection fraction,effective orifice area index increased significantly compared with the preoperative（P0.05）,compared with significant difference.Conclusion Perioperative transesophageal echocardiography for cardiac valve replacement under cardiopulmonary bypass can significantly reduce the incidence of complications and improve the success rate of surgery.It is worthy of further clinical application.
