摘要
目的探讨品管圈在降低术后患者重度疼痛发生率中的应用效果。方法成立品管圈,通过品管圈活动步骤,运用各种品管手法对术后患者发生重度疼痛存在的问题进行改进。并将改进前后状况进行比较。结果经过品管圈活动的开展,将术后患者重度疼痛发生率由32.8%降至19.9%,经计算,术后患者发生重度疼痛的目标达成率为99.22%,进步率为7.81%。结论通过品管圈活动的开展,科学地降低了疼痛发生率,提高患者舒适度;提高护理人员综合素质,增强团队协作能力。
Objective To study the application effect of quality control circle in reducing the incidence rate of severe pains of postoperative patients. Methods The quality control circle was established and the severe pains of postoperative pains were improved by the quality control circle and the conditions before and after improvement were compared. Results The incidence rate of severe pains of postoperative patients decreased from 32.8% to 19.9 % by the development of quality con-trol circle, after calculation, the target achievement ratio and progress rate of severe pains after surgery were respectively 99.22% and 7.81%. Conclusion The development of quality control circle can scientifically reduce the incidence rate of pains, improve the comfort degree and comprehensive quality of nursing staff, and enhance the team cooperation ability.
