摘要
通过科技创新对构建现代产业体系作用机理进行研究,认为科技创新对构建现代产业体系具有积极的促进作用,随后从实证角度探讨河南省科技创新能力和产业体系现状,最后立足于科技创新,从构建现代农业集群、促进传统制造业转型升级、培育壮大新兴产业及加快发展现代服务业等方面提出了构建河南省现代产业体系的对策和建议。
Through the research of scientific and technological innovation for the construction of modern industrial system,the paper discusses innovation of science and technology is the power and source of the construction of the modern industrial system.Then it discusses the current situation of science and technology innovation ability and the existing industrial system in Henan province from the perspective of empirical analysis.Finally based on scientific and technological innovation,from build the modern agricultural cluster,promote the transformation and upgrading of traditional manufacturing industries,foster new industries,accelerate the development of modern services,put forward the countermeasures and suggestions for constructing the modern industrial system in Henan province.
