摘要
目的:分析玻璃体切除术治疗青光眼术后滤过泡感染相关性眼内炎的临床疗效。方法:选取青光眼术后滤过泡感染相关性眼内炎患者78例为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,各39例,分别给予常规药物治疗和玻璃体切除术治疗;观察比较两组临床疗效。结果:治疗后两组眼压水平较治疗前降低(P<0.05),组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);而研究组视力提高率(93.94%)高于对照组提高率(75.00%)(P<0.05)。结论:将玻璃体切除术用于治疗青光眼术后滤过泡感染相关性眼内炎,能够减少眼内损伤、降低眼压,同时有效促进患者视力的提高。
Objective:To analyze clinical effects of vitrectomy in treatment of follicle infection-associated endophthalmitis after glaucoma surgery.Methods:78 patients with follicle infection-associated endophthalmitis after glaucoma surgery were selected as the research objects,and randomly divided into control group(n=39) and study group(n=39).The control group was given the routine drug treatment,while the study group used the vitrectomy.The clinical effects of the two groups were observed and compared.Results:After the treatment,the intraocular pressure of the two groups decreased(P<0.05),and there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The visual acuity improvement rate of the study group(93.94%) was higher than that of the control group(75.00%)(P<0.05).Conclusions:Vitrectomy in the treatment of follicle infection-associated endophthalmitis after glaucoma surgery can decrease the intraocular damages,reduce the intraocular pressure,and promote the improvement of visual acuity.
