摘要 本文介绍了一种指针式压力表半自动检定方法,该方法主要是将被检表信息输入计算机后台软件,软件自动生成一张压力表的表盘模拟图,模拟图中将最小分度按照精度等级的不同,等分成5格或10格,检定人员只需要观察被检压力表指针在表盘上的位置,点击鼠标对应到该模拟图的位置,软件即可自动给出被检表测量值及示值误差。避免了人工估读、计算误差等一系列繁琐的过程,还将无通讯接口的表计纳入自动检测范围,实现了数据的电子化存储,减轻了检定人员的工作量,应用前景广泛。 This paper introduces a pointer type pressure gauge semi-automatic verification method, this method is mainly de-tected meter information into the computer software, the software automatically generates a pressure gauge dial simulation diagram, simulation diagram of the minimum indexing precision according to different, divided into 5 or 10 bars, verification personnel only need to observe test pressure gauge pointer on the dial position corresponding to the simulation diagram of mouse click position, the software can be given automatically detected meter measurement and error. It avoids a series of tedious processes such as manual estimation and calculation error, and integrates the meter without communication interface into the scope of automatic detection, realizes the electronic storage of data, reduces the workload of inspectors, and has wide application prospects.
