摘要
法律和道德作为上层建筑的重要组成部分,是维护社会稳定、构建和谐社会的必要条件,二者如车之两轮、鸟之双翼,相辅相成,缺一不可。道德为社会主义法治提供一种价值基础,发挥道德对法治价值的引导作用。把道德中广泛认同、成熟和操作性强的道德规范通过立法转化为法律规范,用法治手段解决道德领域的突出问题。
Lawand virtue are important parts of the superstructure. As the prerequisites for social stabilization and harmony,they are supplementary to each other and cannot be divided. Virtue provides a value basis for socialist rule of lawand plays a role in nurturing the rule of law. We should enhance the widely recognized,mature and practical virtue as legal norms in a timely manner,while the rule of lawto solve the outstanding problems in the field of morality.
