摘要
对大学新生入学体检丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)异常情况进行了分析,结果显示,检出ALT异常人数占体检人数的2.35%,检出率呈逐年上升趋势。分析了引起新生ALT异常的原因,分别是过度疲劳、脂肪肝、其他身体疾病、药物、传染性肝炎。体检后,经过排查传染病和其他疾病,可以做到早发现、早治疗、早防控,切实保障大学生的身体健康。
Analysis of abnormal status of alanine aminotransferase( ALT) in Freshmen 's entrance examination shows that the number of abnormal ALT detected accounts for 2. 35% of the number of physical examination,and the detection rate shows an increasing trend year by year. The causes of neonatal ALT abnormalities include fatigue,fatty liver,other body diseases,drugs and infectious hepatitis. Physical examination,investigation of infectious diseases,investigation of other diseases,can help realize early detection,early treatment,early prevention and control so as to effectively protect the health of college students.
