摘要
为了研究正弦复合粗糙表面光散射现象,采用线性滤波法生成正弦复合粗糙表面,用基于MOM的蒙特卡罗方法进行复合粗糙表面光散射强度分布计算,计算结果表明,正弦复合粗糙表面光散射特征与正弦周期和正弦振幅有关,随着正弦周期变小,散射特征从镜反射变到漫反射;随着正弦振幅的增大,散射特征从镜反射变成到漫反射再进一步变成后向散射。
To research the light scattering phenomenon of sine composite rough surface,the linear filtering method is used to generate sine composite random rough surface,and the method of Monte Carlo based on MOM is used to calculate the light scattering intensity distribution of composite surface,and the calculation results show that the light scattering characteristics of sine composite surface are related to sinusoidal cycle and sine amplitude,and the scattering characteristics change from the mirror reflection to diffuse reflection with the periods become smaller periodic,as the sine amplitude increases,the scattering characteristics change from the mirror reflection to diffuse reflection and further to backscattering.
