摘要
高职院校由于教育结构和经济结构的错位引发出结构性矛盾,导致高职生人力资本配置困境。作为供给侧一方的高等职业教育也面临着提质量、去产能、补短板的供给侧改革。文章对高职毕业生人力资本投资配置困境进行分析,探讨其原因,提出提升高职毕业生就业质量的对策,避免出现"知识失业"或"高才低用"的岗位"挤占现象"。
The structural contradiction of higher vocational colleges incurred by the existence of tlie tion of educational structure and economic structure has led to the plight of structuravocational colleges. Structural unemployment is the upgrading of product transformation of social economic struc-ture. Professional structure is not reasonable; the quality of tlieir own graduates backwardof employment rigidity are the main causes of structural unemployment. This paper aims to explore the maincauses,and puts forward the countermeasures to improve the employment quality of vocational graduates.
