摘要
目的探讨施予中风偏瘫患者穴位按揉对促进其康复的效果。方法选取本院2016年1月—2017年6月收治的78例中风患者进行分组研究,39例展开常规护理为常规组,39例施予穴位按揉为干预组,对比分析两组康复情况。结果干预后,干预组神经功能、运动功能、日常生活能力评分均优于常规组,且干预组满意度为97.44%,较常规组的79.49%高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于中风偏瘫患者,予以穴位按揉可促进其神经功能、运动功能的康复,提升其日常生活能力,进而促进患者满意度的提升。
Objective To explore the effect of TCM nursing on stroke patients to promote their rehabilitation. Methods 78 stroke patients admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to June 2017 were selected and were divided into two groups. 39 cases using routine nursing was used as the routine group. 39 cases using acupoints were given as the intervention group. The rehabilitation of the two groups was compared and analyzed. Results The scores of nerve function, motor function and daily living ability of the intervention group were better than those of the conventional group after the intervention. The degree of satisfaction of the intervention group was 97.44%, which was higher than that of the conventional group （79.49%）, and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion For stroke patients, TCM nursing can promote their rehabilitation of neurological function and motor function, improve their daily living ability and promote their satisfaction.
