摘要
目的探索工作坊培训模式在中医护理方案培训中的应用。方法选取2016年7—9月我院外科140名护士作为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各70名。对照组按传统理论授课的方法进行培训,观察组采用工作坊模式,按照理论学习、分析讨论、情景演示、总结汇报、点评小结步骤进行中医护理方案的培训,两组均完成3个专科中医护理方案培训后,通过理论考试、技术运用及考核、辨证准确性的评价、护士满意度4项指标进行比较。结果采用工作坊培训模式的观察组,护士在理论知识的掌握、技术操作的应用、辨证能力的提高方面均取得良好的效果,护士对该培训模式的满意度达到较高水平(91.4%),总体效果优于观察组,组间对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论工作坊培训模式用于中医护理方案培训是科学、有效的方法,有利于提高中医护理培训效果,提升护士中医护理工作能力。
Objective To explore the application of workshop training mode in TCM nursing program training. Methods From July to September 2016, 140 nurses in our hospital were selected as the research subjects, and they were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, 70 nurses in each group. The control group was trained according to the traditional theory. The observation group adopted the workshop mode, and according to the theoretical study. In accordance with the theoretical study, analysis and discussion, situation demonstration, summary report and review summary steps, the training of traditional Chinese medicine nursing plan is carried out. After the two groups were trained in 3 specialized TCM nursing programs, through the theoretical examination, technical application and assessment, the evaluation of the accuracy of syndrome differentiation, and the nurses＇ satisfaction, the 4 indexes were compared. Results The observation group using the workshop training mode achieved good results in the mastery of theoretical knowledge, the application of technical operation and the improvement of dialectical ability. The nurses＇ satisfaction with the training mode reached a high level （91.4%）, the overalleffect was better than the observation group, the difference between the groups was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The workshop training mode is a scientifc and effective method for the training of TCM nursing programs, which is helpful to improve the training effect of TCM nursing and enhance the nurses＇ ability of Chinese nursing work.
