摘要
目的探讨手术室细节护理在确保手术室护理安全中的应用效果。方法回顾分析我院手术室2015年1月—2017年1月收治100例手术治疗患者的临床资料,随机分为对照组和实验组,两组均接受手术室常规护理,实验组配合手术室细节护理,比较两组护理效果。结果实验组护理满意度为92%(46/50),护理质量评分(95.07±12.15)分,对照组护理满意度为70%(35/50),护理质量评分(78.19±13.75)分,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在手术室护理过程中应用手术室细节护理模式,有助于提高护理质量和护理满意度,保证手术治疗效果。
Objective To explore the application effect of detail nursing in operation room to ensure the safety of nursing in operation room. Methods The clinical data of 100 cases of surgical treatment in operation room of our hospital from January 2015 to January 2017 were reviewed and analyzed, and they were randomly divided into control group and experimental group. The two groups were all received routine nursing in the operation room, and the experimental group combined with the detail nursing of the operation room, then the nursing effect of the two groups was compared. Results The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was 92%(46/50), the nursing quality score was(95.07 ± 12.15), the nursing satisfaction of the control group was 70%(35/50), and the nursing quality score(78.19 ± 13.75), the two groups had statistical significance(P < 0.05). Conclusion The application of detailed nursing mode in operation room during the nursing process can improve the quality of nursing and nursing satisfaction, and ensure the effect of surgical treatment.
