摘要
商用车前轴采用锻造加工,高温大质量锻件依靠手动搬运,劳动强度大、效率低。为此设计用机器人滑台实现了锻件自动搬运作业,解决了工位间距大,机器人作业半径不够的问题。以西门子S7200为主控制器,通过EM277模块和ROFIBUS总线与KUKA KR-360机器人通讯,利用EM253模块、A700变频器、分辨率1024p/r的编码器实现运动控制,基于STEP-7软件和顺序控制的程序设计思路开发了自动搬运程序,实现了锻件定位、抓取和搬运。经三环车桥实际应用,该设计提升了锻造生产线的自动化水平,减轻了劳动强度,提高了生产效率和产品质量,同时对其他企业的生产线自动化改造有一定的借鉴意义。
Commercial vehicles have forged front axles, the high temperature and massive forge piece moved by persons. The automatic movement for forge piece is achieved by this design with robotic dolly. It provides solution to the problems caused by large spacing between stations and by insufficient radius of robotic operation. It has Siemens $7 200 as main controller. The communication to the KUKA KR-360 robot is through EM277 module and ROFIBUS bus. The control over motions is done with EM253module, A700 converter and 1024p/r encoder. Now, an automatic moving program is developed by the design, which has its basis on STEP-7 software and sequence control, for precision of positioning, pickup and moving of forge piece. As verified by real application in Tri-Ring Axle Company, the design helps reduce labor intensity, while improving productivity, product quality and automation of forging production line. Also, it provides reference to other companies to rebuild their own automatic production lines.
