摘要
安阳建材市场屋面防水维修采取大面再造防水层措施,先将原有防水层进行拆除,待结构内部水汽蒸发完毕后,再进行防水层修复。大面铺贴4 mm厚页岩片SBS改性沥青防水卷材;基层缺陷采用聚合物水泥砂浆进行修补;伸缩缝采用聚氨酯密封胶进行修补;细部采用3 mm厚SBS改性沥青防水卷材作增强处理,满足了屋面的维修要求。
Roof waterproofing repairing of Anyang building materials market adopts the method of large scale reconstruction waterproofing layer： first removing the original waterproofing layer, and then doing waterproofing repair after the water vapor within the structure is completed. 4 mm thick SBS modified asphalt waterproofing membrane covered with shale is used for large scale; polymer cement mortar is applied for base defect repairing; polyurethane sealant is used for expansion joints; 3 mm thick SBS modified asphalt waterproofing membrane is applied for detail reinforcement. The above measures meet the roof maintenance requirements.
