摘要
色达县位于青藏高原东部边缘,地质环境复杂,对该地区进行系统的地质环境质量评价对其社会经济发展有重要意义。基于2015年色达县地质灾害详细调查数据,结合研究区实际情况,选择了坡度、坡向、地表粗糙度、工程地质岩组、24h最大降雨量、水系、人类工程活动和地质构造8个指标作为本次评价的指标;利用专家打分法确定了所选指标的权重;并基于GIS平台对指标进行量化与加权叠加分析,得到区域地质环境综合评价结果,按照一定标准将评价结果分为3级。结果表明:地质灾害发育数量在地质环境差的区域占82.81%,地质环境质量中等的区域占15.63%,在地质环境质量好的区域仅占1.56%;地质环境质量分区与灾害易发程度吻合度高,验证了评价结果的合理性,对区内防灾减灾工作有指导意义。
Seda county is located in the eastern edge of Qinghai - Tibet Plateau and the geological environment is complex. The assessment to the geological environment quality of the area is of importance significance for the social and economic development of Seda county. According to the detail geological disaster investigation data of Seda County in 2015 and in combination of the actual condition, we select 8 indexes, including slope gradient, slope exposure, ground roughness degree, engineering geological rock group, maximum rainfall in 24h, river system, human engineering activities and geological structure which are weighted by expert scoring method, to assess the geological environmental quality of Seda County by GIS - based index quantitative and weighted superposition analysis. According to the assessment results, the comprehensive geological environment quality are divided into three grades according to a certain standard: poor geological quality area where the geological disasters account for 82.81% of the total disasters in Seda county; medium geological quality area where the geological disasters account for 15.63% of the geological disasters and good geological quality area where the geological disaster only account 1.56% of the total geological disasters. The geological environment quality zoning are well consistent with the disaster distribution, which verify the rationality of the evaluation results. The evaluation results have guiding significance to the work of disaster prevention and reduction in the area.
