摘要 硬质合金工件在采用中频感应加热进行基础加热后,再进行火焰钎焊。对这一工艺进行了研究,比较了钎焊过程中排渣、基材喷砂等工序对焊接性能的影响,并进行硬度、剪切强度检测与焊缝断面形貌分析,采用能谱仪研究元素扩散情况。研究表明,所采用的工艺能够获得性能良好的焊缝。 Carbide work-piece needs flame brazing after basic heating in the mid-range frequency heater. The process was studied. The effects of slag removal, substrate blasting and other processes on the welding performance during braze welding were compared. The hardness, shear strength and the pattern of welding seam section were analyzed. The energy spectrometer was used to examine elemental diffusion. The finding shows that the adopted process can obtain well behaved welding seam.
