在我国现阶段实行按生产要素分配方式 ,其理论依据是要素财富论、“三个有利于”根本标准 ,以及“效率优先兼顾公平”和“鼓励一部分人先富同时坚持全体人民共同富裕”两项原则 ;
At the present stage, the formation and implementation of distribution according to essential factors of production are based on standards such as theory of productive factors, ownership of productive factors, market economy, Deng Xiaoping's standard of three benefits and the two principles 'Efficiency has priority while giving consideration to fairness' and 'We courage part of people to become rich while insisting on the principle to make all people rich'.
