摘要
目的探讨桑菊合麻杏石甘汤治疗老年哮喘的临床效果。方法选取2013年1月~2016年3月我院收治的老年哮喘患者76例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组38例。对照组采用常规治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上服用桑菊合麻杏石甘汤,观察两组的临床疗效。结果对照组的总有效率为71.05%,观察组为89.47%,两组数据有统计学差异(P<0.05);治疗后,1秒钟用力呼气容积(对照组为61.12±9.27mlvs观察组为72.53±10.59ml)两组数据存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论桑菊合麻杏石甘汤治疗老年哮喘疗效显著,值得临床推广。
Objective： To analyze the clinical efficacy of sangju maxingshigan decoction on senile asthma. Methods： Totally, 76 patients with elder asthma were admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2013 to March 2016. They were randomly divided into control group and test group with 38 patients in each group. All patients were given with routine treatment, while patients in test group were treated with sangju maxingshigan decoction additionally. The treatment result was compared between the two groups. Results： The total effective rate of test group （89.47%） was significantly higher than that of control group （71.05%）. After treatment, the forced expiratory volume in one second in test group （61.12 ± 9.27ml） was significantly higher than that in control group （61.12 ± 9.27ml ） （P〈0.05）. Conclusions： Sangju maxingshigan decoction treatment of senile asthma significantly, is worth for application.
