摘要
目的探讨血清铁蛋白(serum ferritin,SF)与血清铁调素(hepcidin,Hep)的表达在老年原发性高血压(senile essential hypertension,SEH)合并骨质疏松(osteoporosis,OP)的意义。方法以SEH患者255例为研究对象,按照双能X线检测骨密度(bone mineral densily BMD)的检查结果分为骨质疏松组83例,骨量减少组91例,骨量正常组81例。ELISA法检测SF、Hep,进行各组间比较并分析相关因素与骨量的关系。结果 1.与骨量正常组比较,骨量减少组与OP组中的SF高于骨量正常组(P<0.05);与骨量减少组相比,OP组中的SF高于减少组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与骨量正常组比较,骨量减少组与OP组中的Hep低于骨量正常组(P<0.05);与骨量减少组相比,OP组中的Hep低于减少组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2.相关分析显示:股骨颈BMD与碱性磷酸酶、铁调素成正相关(P<0.05);BMD与铁蛋白成负相关(P<0.05)。结论 SEH患者SF、Hep的水平与OP密切相关,监测SF、Hep,有助于指导SEH合并OP患者的预防和治疗。
Objective To investigate the significance of the expression of serum ferritin（SF） and serum hepcidin（Hep） in patients with senile essential hypertension（SEH） and osteoporosis（OP）. Methods A total of 255 elderly patients with hypertension were selected.According to the result of dual energy X-ray BMD examination,255 subjects of SEH were divided into OP group（83 cases）,osteopenia group（91 cases）,and normal bone mass group（83 cases）.Serum ferritin and hepcidin were detected using ELISA method,and then compared among different groups.The relationship between the relevant factors and bone mass was analyzed.Results 1） SF in osteopenia group and the OP group was higher than that in normal bone mass group（P〈0.05）.SF in OP group was higher than that in osteopenia group（P〈0.05）.Hep in osteopenia group and the OP group was lower than that in normal bone mass group（P〈0.05）.SF in OP group was lower than that in osteopenia group（P〈0.05）.（2） BMD of the femoral neck was positively correlated with ALP and Hep（P〈0.05）,but was negatively correlated with SF（P〈0.05）.Conclusion OP is closely associated with SF and Hep in the SEH patients.Timely monitoring of SF and Hep can help for early prevention and treatment of SHE patients with OP.
