摘要
通过建立土地利用社会经济和生态环境评价指标体系并构建两者耦合模型,对2005-2015年福州市土地利用状况进行测算,分析两种效益之间的耦合动态。研究结果表明:(1)土地利用社会经济效益呈现稳中上升的状态,生态环境效益在波动中曲折上升,社会经济效益增长幅度相对于生态环境效益增长幅度较大.(2)土地利用效益耦合度处于上升状态,分别经历分化激烈博弈—相对最佳协调—不相协调的演化阶段,近几年土地利用耦合度增幅小,说明两者矛盾日渐突出,应注重协调土地利用社会经济和生态环境效益.
Through the establishment of evaluation index system of social economy and ecologi- cal environment of land use and building both coupling model, from 2005 to 2015 in fuzhou studies the land use status and analyze the dynamic coupling between two benefits. The results showed that： Social and economic benefit is rising steadily in land use status, ecoIogical environmental benefits in the volatile twists and turns up, social economic growth relative to the ecological environment benefit growth. The land use benefit coupling in a rising state, respectively through differentiation competi- tive game, relative optimal coordination, stages of evolution, from the coupling of land use in recent years, the growth rate is small, explain the contradiction, should pay attention to coordinate social economy and ecological environment benefit of land use.
