摘要
采用一种新型防裂抗渗复合材料,通过混凝土配合比设计,配制C30、C45和C60三个强度等级混凝土,系统性研究该防裂抗渗复合材料对混凝土的拌合物性能、力学性能和耐久性能的影响规律,并与基准混凝土和工程上常用的HEA膨胀剂进行性能对比。试验结果表明,该防裂抗渗复合材料对混凝土的表观密度和泌水率无影响,坍落度虽有降低但符合控制要求,掺入混凝土后抗折强度和劈裂抗拉强度比基准混凝土有提高,且早期抗裂性能、抗水渗透性能和抗硫酸盐侵蚀性能突出。
Using the new type of crack permeability composite materials,named DW,C30,C45 and C60 three strength grade concrete are compounded by the concrete mix design method,the influence of DW on the mixture properties,mechanical performance and durability of concrete is systematically studied,and its performance is compared with HEA,a commonly used expansive agent,and the normal concrete.The results show that: concrete with DW has excellent early cracking,impermeability and sulphate-corrosion resistance,it has no effect on the apparent density and the bleeding rate of concrete,although the slump reduces but still meets the control requirements,compared with normal concrete,and DW can improve the flexural strength and the splitting tensile strength.
