摘要
新一代太阳电池——量子点敏化太阳电池(QDSSC)由于具有吸收广、多激子和高稳定等独特优势近年来已得到初步发展。从量子点敏化太阳电池的原理入手综述了QDSSC中光阳极半导体氧化膜、量子点敏化剂的种类及两者间的结构调控、量子点制备方法这三大模块的研究进展,从原理上对光阳极半导体氧化膜、敏化剂的性能进行了简要合理的解释,并结合现存的问题提出了今后的发展方向。
Recently,a new generation of solar cells—quantum dot-sensitized solar cells(QDSSC)—have got preliminary development due to the unique advantages of absorb wide,multi-exciton and high stability.The research of semiconductor oxide film,species of quantum dots and preparation of quantum dot sensitizer of QDSSCs was reviewed.The performance and operational principle of semiconductor oxide and the sensitizer were stated.The existing problems raised in the future development were discussed.
