摘要
目的应用统筹方法研究提高工作效率的分诊方式和工作流程。方法分析就诊患者的特点以及各台核磁设备的运行特征,记录整理各台核磁就诊患者的各项历史数据,以此为依据,运用统筹方法对核磁扫描工作进行调整,不断对各个环节进行摸索、改进和完善。结果记录整理方案实施前后就诊患者的各项数据,并比较两组数据,证明此方法确实具有实效性。结论统筹方法在核磁检查工作中的运用,整体提高了MR的应诊能力,提高了设备资源使用率,这在一定程度上缓解了医患关系。本研究为核磁室优化服务和核磁设备管理提供可靠的管理方法和参考依据。
Objective To improve the work efficiency of triage methods and work flow by applying the critical path method. Methods The characteristics of the patients and the operation characteristics of the nuclear magnetic equipment were analyzed. Then the historical data of the patients with nuclear magnetic treatment was recorded. Based on this, the critical path method was used to adjust the magnetic scan work, and to explore, improve and perfect each link. Results The data of the patients who visited the clinic before and after the implementation of the scheme was recorded and compared, which proved that the method was effective. Conclusion The diagnostic capacity of MR and the utilization rate of equipment were improved when the critical path method was used in nuclear magnetic resonance examination, which alleviated the doctor -- patient relationship to a certain extent. This study provides a reliable management method and reference basis for the management of nuclear magnetic chamber optimization services and nuclear magnetic equipment.
