摘要
目的建立一种完善的医院设备档案管理系统,实现对医院设备整个生命周期档案的全面管理,并为医院的精细化管理提供信息支持。方法依据医院设备档案管理制度,基于B/S架构,利用My SQL作为数据库,使用Java语言设计一种多功能的设备档案管理系统。结果开发出了具有档案管理、系统管理和用户使用等功能的医院设备档案管理系统,并在我院得到了成熟应用。结论该系统解决了传统档案管理工作中出现的问题,提高了医院设备档案的管理水平。
Objective To realize the comprehensive management of the entire life cycle file of hospital equipment, and to provide information support for the fine management of hospital via establishing a perfect hospital equipment file management system. Methods A versatile device file management system was designed according to the hospital equipment file management system and the B/S framework, using MySQL as the database and the Java language. Results A hospital equipment file management system with the functions of file management, system management and user usage was developed. Conclusion The system solves the problems arising from the traditional file management, and improves the management level of hospital equipment archives.
