摘要
为了能够实时了解筛机工况,及时发现潜在的问题,分析了筛机的工作原理及常见故障,从智能诊断系统的机理研究、试验分析、在线监测和系统构建四个方面开展工作,采用高密度多通道同步数据采集卡实时收集筛机的实际工况,实现了多状态参量同步采集功能,最终构建了振动筛负载工况在线智能诊断系统。该系统以振动筛个体的历史监测数据为依据,通过建立具有自学习能力的非线性报警阈值,以适应不同振动筛或者同一振动筛维修前后的工况改变,提高报警的准确性,进而有效避免安全事故,延长无故障生产周期,减少设备维修成本,减少因设备故障突然停机而造成的经济损失,提高生产效益。
In order to gain a real-time understanding of the working conditions of the vibrating screen and timely locate the potential troubles, an analysis is made of the screen's working principle and common troubles. Following that the paper presents an introduction to the on-line intelligent diagnosis system de- veloped, proceeding from 4 aspects involving study of working mechanism, analysis of test result, on-line monitoring and structural design of the system. Thanks to the use of high-density multi-channel synchro- nous data collection card, the system can perform the function of synchronous collection of multi-state pa- rameters. The system works, in principle, based on the individual monitored historical data and sets the nonlinear alarm threshold with self-learning ability, so as to adapt to the working conditions of different vibrating screens or the change of working conditions of the same vibrating screen before and after repair is made. This can lead to higher alarm accuracy, effective prevention of accidents in operation, increased trouble-free operation cycle, reduced equipment maintenance cost, prevention of huge loss due to sudden failure of screen, and improved economic performance.
