摘要
采用不同温度和时间,对实验室制备的聚苯硫醚(PPS)熔喷非织造布进行定长热定型处理,并对处理前后的PPS熔喷非织造布的尺寸稳定性、微观形貌和拉伸性能进行表征。结果表明:采用不同的热定型条件,均能获得尺寸稳定性良好的PPS熔喷非织造布;热定型后,PPS熔喷非织造布的微观形貌不发生明显变化,纤维玻璃化温度提高,拉伸强度增大,断裂伸长率下降。
The polyphenylene sulfide( PPS) meltblown non-woven fabrics made by lab were heattreated at constant length under different temperature and time. The size stability,micromorphology and tensile properties of the PPS meltblown non-woven fabrics before and after being finished were characterized. The results showed that the PPS meltblown non-woven fabrics obtained had good size stability under different heat-treating conditions. After being heat-treated,the micromorphology of the PPS meltblown non-woven fabrics did not change significantly,the fiber's glass temperature increased,the fabrics' tensile strength were improved and the elongation at break was reduced.
