几种油脂在硅质胶磷矿选矿中的应用研究 被引量:4

摘要 通过油脂脂肪酸组成分析、浮选试验、zeta电位测定、捕收剂表面张力测定、捕收剂溶液化学分析,研究了硬脂酸、猪油、花生油、大豆油、橡胶籽油5种油脂在20℃时对硅质胶磷矿浮选性能的影响。结果表明,几种油脂不饱和度大小顺序为橡胶籽油>大豆油>花生油>猪油>硬脂酸,且该次序与5种油脂对胶磷矿捕收能力大小一致;随着浮选温度的增加,不饱和度较小的油脂捕收能力明显增强;zeta电位和表面张力分析表明,含有不饱和脂肪酸较多的油脂对矿物表面电荷改变的能力较强,且具有较强表面活性;脂肪酸溶液化学分析表明,油脂中所含脂肪酸饱和度决定了其钠盐在水中溶解和分散程度,不饱和度较高的油脂有利于胶磷矿浮选。 The fatty acid composition analysis, flotation tests, zeta potential measurements, surface tension measurements, and the solution chemistry analysis were conducted to research the flotation behaviors of stearic acid, lard, peanut oil, soybean oil, rubber seed oil on eollophanite at 20 ℃. The results show that, the order of the unsaturated fatty acid content in the several oil and fat is rubber seed oil〉soybean oil〉peanut oil〉lard〉stearic acid. And the order is identical to the collecting performance of the several oil and fat on siliceous collophanite flotation. The flotation performance of sodium fatty acid with lower unsaturation degree enchances apparently with the increase of flotation temperature.The zeta potential and surface tension measurements manifest the fatty acid with higher unsaturated degree could changed the surface charge strongly and their surface activity is higher. The solution chemistry analysis of sodium fatty acid indicates the solubility and dispersability depend on their unsaturation degree. And oil and fat with higher unsaturated degree as collector are fit for eollophanite flotation.
