摘要
分析了市售猫砂存在的缺点,进行新型复合猫砂制备研究。对钙基膨润土进行半干法钠化改性,使用离子含量分析和XRD分析检测钠化效果。以辽宁北票斜发沸石为配入原料,在相同试验条件下,经不同温度活化后和钠化膨润土进行配比探究试验,并与国内外先进猫砂比较吸水和吸氨率,效果较优。
In this paper, aiming at the shortcomings of cat litter on the market, a new type of complex cat litter was made. The semi-dry method of sodium-modified experiment was based on calcium-bentonite, and the ion content analysis and XRD test was done. The zeolite of Liaoning Beipiao was distributed into the raw materials. Under the same test conditions, the experiment selected the best ratio of different temperature activated zeolite and sodium-modified bentonite. On comparison, the ammonia and water absorption result of complex cat litter was better than the imported and domestic cat litter.
