摘要
成人高校的科研成果管理是成人高校科研管理的基础性工作,对学校进行教育教学决策与创新,促进学校教学与科研工作的发展,发挥重要的参考作用。但目前存在着很多问题,如科研成果管理制度不完善,科研成果归档意识薄弱,科研管理人员管理方法不专业,科研成果欠缺交流与推广平台。解决这些问题,需从以下几点入手:建立健全管理机制,加强科研成果的全过程管理;提升科研管理人员的专业素质,创新科研管理方法 ;科研成果归档科学化、规范化;构建现代化科研管理平台,促进成果共享。对科研成果科学管理,才能提高科研成果管理的实效性。
the management of scientific research achievements in adult colleges is a basic work of scientific research management in adult universities. It plays an important reference role for school education, teaching decision-making and innovation, and promoting the development of teaching and scientific research in schools. But at present, there are a lot of problems, scientific research achievements management system is not perfect, scientific research archive consciousness is weak, the management of scientific research personnel management method is not professional, lack of communication and promotion of scientific research platform, to solve these problems, the need to start from the following points： to establish and improve the management of the whole process management system, strengthen the scientific research achievements; the promotion of scientific research management the professional quality of the personnel, scientific management method innovation; scientific research archives scientific and standardized; the construction of the modem scientific research management platform, promote the sharing of results.
