摘要
通过酰胺化反应合成具有两亲型结构的疏水性3-巯基丙酸改性笼型倍半硅氧烷低聚体(MPA-POSS),以MPAPOSS为捕集剂,对其脱除和富集水中铜离子的性能进行研究。通过火焰原子吸收光度法对捕获、脱除和富集处理铜离子过程中的去除率和萃取率进行分析并优化捕集条件。结果表明:在室温下,pH=6.0的溶液中,MPA-POSS能够迅速高效地捕集、去除水中微量铜离子,去除率达99%,经萃取、富集处理后,萃取率高达98%,富集倍数达到50;以自来水为样品进行铜离子脱除和富集处理后,不同含量水样的萃取率在95%~99%,建立起水中微量铜离子的快速、高效脱除和富集、分离方法,为水中金属离子及其污染物的脱除、富集和分离处理提供新的思路和技术。
3-mercaptopropionic acid modified POSS(MPA-POSS) was synthesized by amidation reaction,and the effect of the experimental parameters on removal and enrichment of copper(Ⅱ) ions were discussed while using MPA-POSS as capturing agent.The results showed that MPA-POSS could efficiently concentrate and remove copper(Ⅱ) ions in a medium with pH =6.0 at room temperature,and the enrichment factor reached 50,the removal efficiency reached 99% and extraction rate reached 98% in the solution contained trace amount copper(Ⅱ).For the treatment of copper ions in the city water,the95% ~ 99% extraction rates were obtained while combining with atomic absorption spectroscopy(AAS).This method was suitable for the removal,enrichment and separation of copper ions in environment water.
