摘要
针对黑龙江省的养老服务人才队伍建设的现状进行分析,发现现存的人员素质不高、管理水平有限等问题,并且从培养方式、培养模式以及培养过程等几方面提出相关可行并且有效的对策。力求对我国整体的养老服务业有所帮助和启发,促进中国的养老服务业发展。
Pension service personnel is the core competitiveness of China's pension service industry, the quality of service personnel is directly related to the quality of service. The author analyzed the present situation of the construction of the talent team for pension service in Heilongjiang Province, and found that the quality of the existing personnel is not high and the management level is limited. And also put forward some feasible and effective countermeasures from the aspects of training method, training mode and training process, to help and enlighten the whole pension service industry in China, and promote the development of China's pension service industry.
