摘要
现代国家的构建是国家政权建设和民族建设的统一。国家政权建设为民族构建提供了政治上的边界、政治权力支撑,民族构建为国家政治权力的运作以及政治发展提供了合法性的基础以及坚实的社会认同资源,维护了社会的凝聚力,创造了"共同体"形象。在多族群国家,不可避免地会出现民族构建所需的民族政治整合与多族群的现实境况之间的紧张,这对一个后现代化国家来说更是如此。因而,基于现代国家建设的重要性,在民族政治整合的过程中只有建构一种具有包容性的国民身份,才可能缓解这种紧张。
The construction of a modern country is a combination of the building of the state power and the nation.On the one hand, the construction of state power provides the political boundary and the support of political power for the building of the nation. On the other, the building of the nation will provide the basis of legitimacy and solid social identification resources for the operation and development of the country＇s state power, maintain the country＇s social cohesion and make the country into a unified community. In a multi-ethnic country, there inevitably will be tensions between national political integration required for the building of a nation and the realities of multi-ethnic groups, which is even more so for a post-modernized country. Therefore, because of the importance of building a modern country, the easing of such tensions will only become possible by constructing an inclusive national identity in the process of national political integration.
