散光性后房型人工晶体在高度近视合并散光患者中的应用

摘要 目的分析晶状体眼后房型人工晶状体(toric Visian Implantable Collamer Lens,TICL)在高度近视伴有散光患者中的应用价值。方法回顾性选取我院收治的高度近视伴散光患者作为研究对象,按照矫正视力手术方式的不同分为两组,TICL组52例和LASIK组50例,比较两组手术前、手术6个月后的视力情况及并发症。结果手术后,TICL组UDVA(0.86±0.22)、RD(-0.71±0.28)D显著高于LASIK组(P均<0.05);TICL组并发症显著低于LASIK组(P<0.05)。结论 TICL可显著改善高度近视伴有散光患者BCVA、UDVA、RD水平,且并发症较少,适宜临床应用。
