不同透析方法对钙磷代谢的临床观察

摘要 目的观察不同透析方法对肾功能衰竭患者血清钙磷、离子代谢的影响。方法选取自2014年4月至2015年4月于东港市中医院肾内科收治的肾功能衰竭透析病例40例,采用信封法随机分为血液透析组和腹膜透析组,血液透析组20例,采用血液透析方法,腹膜透析组20例,采用腹膜透析方法,观察两组治疗前及患者随访1年的血清钙磷离子水平、钙磷离子乘积、甲状旁腺素水平。结果试验组优于对照组,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论腹膜透析对血清钙磷离子紊乱控制优于血液透析组。 Objective To observe the effect of different dialysis methods on serum calcium and phosphate and ion metabolism in patients with renal failure.Methods From April 2014 to April 2015 in Donggang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine nephrology dialysis patients treated 40 cases,were randomly divided into the group of hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis using the envelope method,hemodialysis group 20 cases,using the method of hemodialysis,peritoneal dialysis group 20 cases,using peritoneal dialysis method,observe the two groups before treatment and follow-up of 1 patients the level of serum calcium and phosphorus ions,calcium phosphorus product,parathyroid hormone level ion.Results The experimental group was better than the control group,with statistical difference(P〈0.05).Conclusion The control of serum calcium and phosphate is better than that of hemodialysis group.
