摘要
生物指标监测可以综合反映水体各种污染物质相互作用的结果,具有综合性强、持续性久、敏感性高等特点,能对现行理化监测无法反映污染综合效应的缺陷进行补充.本文通过对松花江干流水体大型底栖无脊椎动物实际状况的调查与分析,结合典范对应分析(CCA)及BIOENV分析对底栖动物群落与环境因子进行相关性分析得出结论,总磷为研究区域内底栖动物群落变化的主要影响因子.为科学评估松花江流域水污染防治规划的实施效果和让松花江休养生息政策措施的绩效,全面评价流域污染物减排效果提供了生物学依据.
Biological indicators can be used to show the results of the interaction of various pollutants in the water,which are comprehensive, persistent and sensitive. In addition, they can supplement the drawback of the physicochemical monitoring which can′t indicate the comprehensive pollutant effects.Based on the investigation and analysis of the actual state of large benthic invertebrates in the main stream of the Songhua River, combined with CCA and BIOENV on the correlation analysis between the benthic fauna community and the environmental factor,our results showed that the total phosphorus was the main influencing factor of zoobenthos community change in the study area, which provided the biological basis for the scientific evaluation of the implementation effect of the water pollution prevention and control plan of the Songhua River Basin and the performance of the Songhua River recuperation policy and the comprehensive evaluation of the reduction effect of the river basin pollutant emission.
