摘要
[目的]建立高效液相色谱法测定溴虫氟苯双酰胺悬浮剂中有效成分含量的方法。[方法]以C_(18)反相色谱柱为固定相,乙腈-水(体积比为75∶25)为流动相,在波长254 nm处进行测定。[结果]溴虫氟苯双酰胺的线性相关系数为0.9999,标准偏差为0.054,变异系数为1.06%,平均回收率为101.22%。[结论]该方法操作简便、线性关系良好,具有较高的精密度和准确度,可用于制剂中溴虫氟苯双酰胺的定量分析。
[Aims] A HPLC method for determination of broflanilide SC was established. [Methods] The chromatographic conditions were systematically investigated by HPLC with C_(18) column as fix phase, the mixture solution of acetonitrile and water(75∶25, by vol) as the mobile phase and UV detector at 254 nm. [Results] The linear correlation coefficient for broflanilide was 0.9999, the standard deviation was 0.054, the variation coefficient was1.06%, and the average recovery rate was 101.22%. [Conclusions] The method has the advantages of simple, good linear relationship, high precision and accuracy, which is suitable for quantitative analysis of broflanilide SC.
