ST2与冠心病及心室重塑的关系研究进展被引量：13

摘要 ST2是白细胞介素受体-1家族成员,其内源性配体是IL-33。ST2主要分为ST2L和sST2。IL-33/ST2L信号通路具有心血管保护作用,sST2作为诱骗受体具有阻断该通路的作用,与心血管疾病相关。ST2与冠心病,特别是与心室重塑关系的研究报道较少,故本文专门就这两方面研究作一分析总结,以期sST2在心室重塑及左室逆重塑等方面初步研究的结果,能激发心血管领域对其更进一步的探索。
