摘要
目的掌握沈阳市其他感染性腹泻病流行特征,为制定防治规划和评价实施效果提供依据。方法利用描述流行病学方法分析沈阳市其他感染性腹泻病疫情资料。结果沈阳市2013~2016年其他感染性腹泻病共报告10 980例,年均报告发病率为33.36/10万,各年报告发病率差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。男性年均报告发病率为37.09/10万(6 194例),女性29.52/10万(4 786例)(P<0.01);1~3、7~8、12月报告发病数分别占全年报告发病数的32.60%(3 580例)、22.95%(2 520例)、9.76%(1 072例);散居儿童报告发病数分别占全部报告发病数的69.28%(7 607例);0~2岁组报告发病数占全部报告发病数63.51%(6 973例)。结论沈阳市2013~2016年其他感染性腹泻病报告发病以3岁以下婴幼儿为主,散居儿童高发,夏季和冬季高发。
Objective To understand the epidemiological characteristics of other infectious diarrhea disease in Shenyang city, so as to provide basis for formulating the strategies and measures for prevention and control of the disease. Methods Descriptive epidemiological method was applied in analysis on epidemic data on other infectious diarrhea disease in Shenyang city. Results A total of 10 980 cases of other infectious diarrhea disease were reported in Shenyang city, 2013- 2016 ,the average annual incidence rate was 33.36/10^5 , with statistical differences between different years （ P〈 0.01） ; The average annual incidence rate of males was 37.09/10^5 （6 194 cases）and 29.52/10^5 （4 786 cases） in females（ P 〈0.01）. The number of reported cases in January-March,July-August and December accounted for 32.60% （3 580 cases）, 22.95% （2 520 cases） and 9.76% （1 072 cases）of the total in the whole year;Scattered children accounted for 69.28% （7 607 cases） of the total;Cases in the group of 0-2 years old accounted for 63.51%（6 973 cases） of the total. Conclusion The reported other infectious diarrhea disease in Shenyang city during 2013-2016 mainly occur in children under 3 years old,with peaks in scattered children,and summer and winter.
