摘要
利用六西格玛管理工具,对影响宽厚板质量成本的流程进行了系统分析改善,通过DMAIC的过程循环,宽厚板不良质量成本损失得到降低,取得良好效果。
By using of six sigma management, tools, the processes influencing the quality cost of heavy plaies were. sysiematically analyzed and improved, and through DMAIC process cycle, the cost for poor quality of plates was reduced, and the good effect was achieved.
