甘草蜜炙前后对小鼠脾淋巴细胞增殖的影响 被引量:10

摘要 目的比较甘草蜜炙前后对小鼠脾淋巴细胞增殖作用的影响。方法采用MTT法,检测不同浓度的生甘草、蜜炙甘草对小鼠静息期脾淋巴细胞、刀豆蛋白A(Con A)诱导的T淋巴细胞和脂多糖(LPS)诱导的B淋巴细胞增殖的作用。结果与空白组比较,生甘草和蜜炙甘草均能有效的促进小鼠脾淋巴细胞的增殖,且与Con A、LPS对T、B淋巴细胞的增殖有协同刺激作用。相同剂量下,蜜炙甘草增殖效果显著优于生甘草。结论甘草蜜炙后相比甘草生品能显著增加小鼠的免疫功能。 Objective In order to investigate the effects of raw Radix glycyrrhizae and baked Radix glycyrrhizae on the proliferation of mice spleen lymphocytes in vitro. Methods The proliferative effects of the extracts with different concentrations from raw and baked Radix glycyrrhizae on mouse spleen lymphocytes and T/B lymphocytes were measured by methyl thiazolyl tetrazolium (MT'F) colorimetry. The T lymphocyte was induced by concanavalin A( Con A) and B lymphocyte was induced by lipopolysac- charide(LPS). Results Compared with the blank group, raw and baked Radix glycyrrhizae could promote the proliferation of mouse spleen lymphocyte, and had a synergistic effect in vitro on the mouse spleen lymphocytes proliferation induced by ConA and LPS. At the same dose, the proliferation promoting effects of baked Radix glycyrrhizae groups were significantly higher than that of the raw Radix glycyrrhizae groups. Conclusion Compared with the raw Radix glycyrrhizae, baked Radix glycyrrhizae could obvi-ously increase the cell proliferation rate.
