摘要
文章首先对美国当前的经济状况进行评述,利用基于前向联系的生产长度、基于后向联系的生产长度和全球价值链地位指数对美国制造业各行业融入全球价值链的程度进行分析,制造业的全球化为促进美国经济复苏起到重要作用,从而得出美国其实是全球化的既得利益者。但美国特朗普政府贸易政策的去全球化做法能否持续下去、对世界经济产生哪些影响还需时间检验,美国的去全球化政策与中国的融入全球化政策相左,面对这样的美国政府,中国经济改革家们应该如何应对值得我们去探索。
This paper first reviews the current economic situation of the United States, and analyzes the extent of the American manufacturing industry＇s integration into the global value chain based on the length of production of forward linkage, the length of production of backward linkage and the global value chain status index. The globalization of the manufacturing industry plays an important role in promoting the US economic recovery, so the United States is actually a vested interest in globalization. Whether Trump administration＇s deglobalization trade policy of can continue or not, the world economy＇s impact needs time to test. The United States＇ deglobalization policy is opposite to China＇s integration into the globalization policy. When we face such a US government, it is worth exploring how China＇s economic reformers should deal with it.
