摘要
目的:观察舒肝解郁胶囊治疗甲基苯丙胺依赖者焦虑抑郁症状的临床疗效。方法:将符合入组标准的甲基苯丙胺依赖者60例分为研究组和对照组,每组各30例。研究组在常规治疗的基础上合用舒肝解郁胶囊治疗,对照组在常规治疗基础上合用氢溴酸西酞普兰片,观察8周。研究组和对照组均于入组时、治疗后第2,4,6,8周末进行汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评定;在治疗后第1,2,4,8周末进行不良反应量表评定。结果:两组治疗后HAMA、HAMD评分均有下降,治疗后第2,4,6,8周与治疗前比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);同一治疗后时间点,研究组和对照组HAMA、HAMD评分比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组总有效率高于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组治疗后药物不良反应发生率明显低于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.00,P<0.05)。结论:舒肝解郁胶囊对甲基苯丙胺依赖者焦虑抑郁症状治疗有效,且不良反应少。
Objective ： To observe the clinical efficacy of Shuganjieyu capsule for the treatment of depression and anxiety symptoms in Methamphetamine dependents. Methods：Sixty Methamphetamine dependent males were randomized into the study group and the control group, 30 cases in each group. The study group was treated with Shuganjieyu capsule, and the control group was treated with Citalopram Hydrobromide tablet for eight weeks. Two groups were almost equal on the basis of routine treatment. The therapeutic efficacy of two groups were evaluated at the beginning and by the end of 2, 4, 6, 8 week after treatment by Hamilton Depression Scale （HAMD） , Hamilton Anxiety Scale （HAMA）. The adverse reactions were evaluated by the end of 1, 2, 4, 8 week after treatment. Results：After the 2, 4, 6, 8 week, the scores of HAMA and HAMD were significantly lower than those at the beginning in the study group and the control group with the statistical significance （P〈0.05）. At the time of the same treatment, the scores of HAMA and HAMD in the study group and the control group were not statistically significant （P〉0.05）. The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group, but there was no significant difference between the two groups （P〉0.05）. The rate of adverse reaction was conspicuously less in the study group than that in the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Shuganjieyu capsule for the treatment of depression and anxiety symptoms in Methamphetamine dependents is effective, with less adverse reactions.
