摘要
针对地中海气候条件下Ashdod港TRS胸墙大体积混凝土浇筑过程的温控问题进行计算和实测数据分析,浇筑温度、最高温度、最大温差和边界约束是影响混凝土浇筑质量的主要因素。结合工程实际制定温控施工标准:混凝土入模浇筑温度应≤28℃,混凝土内部水化热最高温度应≤60℃,监测最大温差应≤18℃,2层浇筑时间间隔应控制在15d以内。将两层浇筑改为一次性浇筑降低边界约束的影响。通过计算及实测数据分析为TRS胸墙施工过程提供温控标准参考并指导实际施工。
The paper calculated and analyzed the temperature control of the mass cast-in-situ concrete of TRS breast wall in Mediterranean climate,which locates in Ashdod port of Israel. The quality of cast-insitu concrete were correlated with the cast-in-situ temperature, the maximum temperature and the maximum temperature difference in the hydration process,and the boundary constraint. Combined with the project to develop temperature control construction standards: the temperature of casting concrete is no more than 28℃,the maximum temperature of concrete which in hydration process must be controlled in 60℃,and the maximum temperature difference shall not be exceeded 18℃,and the time interval that two layers concrete pouring should be controlled in 15 days. The effect of changing the two-layer cast-insitu concrete to the one-layer cast-in-situ concrete reduces the boundary constraint. The analysis results could provide references for the development of thermal control standards in construction.
