核潜艇人员膳食营养及健康状况的调查与评价 被引量:6

NUTRITION AND HEALTH SURVEY OF THE NUCLEAR SUBMARINE PERSONNEL AND ITS EVALUATION

摘要 目的了解核潜艇人员膳食营养及健康现状,为指导核潜艇人员营养健康管理提供依据。方法对158名在杭州疗养院海勤疗养区疗养的核潜艇人员进行膳食调查、医学体检和实验室检测。结果核潜艇人员膳食结构不尽合理,植物油、畜肉摄入超标;牛奶、食用菌(干)、干菜类摄入明显不足;能量和蛋白质摄入超标;维生素A、维生素B1、维生素B2、钙、锌摄入均未达军标要求;碳水化合物供能比例偏低,脂肪供能比例偏高。68.4%的人员血红蛋白水平高于正常水平、70.3%的人员25-(OH)VD3水平低于正常值;超重肥胖达36.7%、脂肪肝达19.0%、高尿酸血症达15.8%、血脂异常达35.4%、高甘油三酯血症达31.6%,高胆固醇达10.8%。结论核潜艇人员膳食结构不够合理,部分营养素过量或缺乏,超重肥胖、脂肪肝、高尿酸血症、血脂异常率较高,建议进行营养健康干预,以促进核潜艇人员身体健康。 Objective To investigate the dietary habits, life style and health status of the nuclear submarine personnel. Methods The dietary assessment, medical examination and laboratory tests were performed in 158 nuclear submarine crew members in Hangzhou sea service recuperate area. Results The dietary pattern of nuclear submarine personnel was not well balanced. The intake levels of both vegetable oil and animal meat exceeded the standards. The intakes of milk, edible fungus (dry), dried vegetable were obviously insufficient. Excessive intakes of energy and protein were seen. Vitamin A, vitamin Bb vitamin B2, calcium, zinc intakes did not meet the requirements. Carbohydrate energy ratio was low, while the fat energy proportion was too high. Hemoglobin level was higher than normal in 68.4% of the personals. The 25 - (OH) VD3 levels were below normal in 70.3% of the staff. The proportions of subjects with overweight/obesity, fatty liver, high uric acid hematie disease, dyslipidemia, high triglyeerides, cholesterol were 36.7%, 19.0%, 15.8% 35.4%, 31.6%, 10.8%, respectively. Conclusion The dietary pattern of nuclear submarine personnel was not satisfied. The overweight obesity, fatty liver, high uric acid hematic disease, dyslipidemia were prevalent. Nutrition intervention should be taken, so as to promote the health status of nuclear submarine personnel.
