摘要
在调研美国国家档案与文件管理署最新战略规划的基础上,总结规划制定流程,分析其战略规划制定背景和变革措施,重点介绍规划主要内容及项目评估调整机制,并为我国档案战略规划制定提出了7点参考建议。
Based on the investigation of the latest strategic plan of National Archives and Records Administration, this paper summarizes its planning process, analyzes its background and innovation measures, introduces the main content and the appraisal adjustment methods, and at last puts forward seven suggestions to offer beneficial reference to the archival strategic plan formulation and research of our country.
